WHO IS ON A MISSION FITNESS FOR?
OAMF is for everyone over sixteen who wants to improve fitness, lose weight or simply change to something different and new, so no matter what your current level, our training sessions will cater for your needs. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable within the group, therefore our fitness sessions are tailored to suit a wide range of fitness and ability levels. OAMF is not only a great way to get fit but also a great way to meet new friends and share the experience.
WHAT IS THE MILITARY EDGE?
Our instructors are ex-military fitness instructors or have relevant military training experience.
We utilise their experience to deliver motivating fitness sessions which will challenge, improve and most of all maintain your fitness.
Our military style of instruction is the most important part of OAMF and we believe that unlike most group classes, in a short time, you will learn to push yourself to places where you may have previously given up - in essence you too will have the military edge.
With a sense of humour, our instructors will ensure your time with us is fun, whilst delivering positive results.
SO WHAT WILL AN ON A MISSION FITNESS CLASS BE LIKE?
After warming up and stretching, the session will provide a complete and effective workout for stamina, strength and overall fitness.
You will work as an individual, in pairs or as part of a team. This interaction is what makes this type of training so effective.
Working with and for each other is a staple part of OAMF and being in a social group of likeminded people only goes to make the next session something to look forward to.
The workouts will be challenging but at the end of each session you'll be one step closer to your fitness goals.
DO YOU REALLY TRAIN ALL YEAR ROUND?
