Our fitness training sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays 19:00 - 20:00
On every other Sunday 09:00 - 10:30
WHAT WILL I NEED AND WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please ensure you have a bottle of water no matter what the weather.
You will need to wear something that is both comfortable and which you are happy to get a little grubby.
Dress for the weather (layers) and dress to train.
If it's your favourite t-shirt please leave it at home. Good conditioned and sturdy footwear are a must and it is always wise to bring gloves.
Please bring as little as possible to your training session.
Car keys and if required mobile phones will be kept safe with the instructor at all times.
Please be aware we cannot take responsibility for broken phones but we will take great care.
To see how you are progressing, OAMF have developed a fitness test designed to measure all aspects of your fitness. You will be able to keep a personal record and set your own goals for next time. Fitness testing will be just one of the ways to see the benefits of all of your hard work.

There is no joining fee.
There is no minimum term.
Your homework is not compulsory ( please don't panic, we'll tell you when you get here!)
